Community Assets
The Council maintains a register of all land and building assets in accordance with statutory requirements. A summary of these assets is published below in the interests of transparency.
The Council’s principal assets include:
- Jubilee Hall (community building on Main Street)
- Recreation and open spaces within the parish
- Allotment land
- Cemetery and associated structures
- Street furniture such as benches, bins, noticeboards and planters
- Play and community equipment
- Street lighting and safety equipment, including a vehicle-activated speed sign
- Public defibrillators
- War memorial and civic items, including the Chain of Office
- Office equipment and operational assets
