Community Assets

The Council maintains a register of all land and building assets in accordance with statutory requirements. A summary of these assets is published below in the interests of transparency.

The Council’s principal assets include:

  • Jubilee Hall (community building on Main Street)
  • Recreation and open spaces within the parish
  • Allotment land
  • Cemetery and associated structures
  • Street furniture such as benches, bins, noticeboards and planters
  • Play and community equipment
  • Street lighting and safety equipment, including a vehicle-activated speed sign
  • Public defibrillators
  • War memorial and civic items, including the Chain of Office
  • Office equipment and operational assets
