Terms

By booking Jubilee Hall, users agree to the full Jubilee Hall Management Committee Terms & Conditions. In summary, hirers must follow all fire‑safety rules, stay within room capacities, use electrical and kitchen equipment responsibly, supervise children, provide appropriate first‑aid arrangements, keep noise to a considerate level, and leave the building clean and undamaged. The main hall includes an adjoining office that requires access during bookings. Some activities — including serving alcohol, using inflatables, or running other higher‑risk events — may require separate licences, insurance, or consent. Hirers are responsible for any damage. The car park operates on a first‑come, first‑served basis and is used at the hirer’s own risk. CCTV operates at the venue.
