Local schools, charities and not-for-profit organisations are being encouraged to apply for Tesco’s new Fruit & Veg Grants, offering funding of up to £1,500 for projects that help children and young people access healthy, nutritious food.
Funded activities could include school breakfast clubs, holiday meal provision, cooking sessions, community growing projects, allotments, gardens, and providing healthy snacks for sports clubs and youth groups.
The Parish Council is pleased to share this opportunity and encourages eligible local organisations to consider applying.
