Annual 5K Fun Run
Cayton Parish Council will hold its Annual Fun Run, encouraging residents of all ages to take part in a friendly, 5k community run. The event promotes fitness, fun, and village spirit, with families welcome to join.
Scheduled: 24 July 2026 - 17:00 to 19:00
Cayton Parish Council is delighted to announce the Cayton Village Fun Run, taking place on Thursday 24th July β a fantastic community event for all ages and abilities!
The run will set off from The Green Belt, with registration available on-site from 4:45pm.

- 5:00 PM β Under 5βs Race
- 6:00 PM β All other runners (aged 5 and over)
Risk Assessment, Application Form and Event Map The risk assessment and event map can be viewed below.
Completed application forms should be returned to clerk@caytonparishcouncil.gov.uk no later than three days before the event. Alternatively, participants can sign up in person on the day before the event starts.
Volunteer Marshals Needed –Β We are currently recruiting volunteer marshals to help support the event and ensure everything runs smoothly. If you would be interested in volunteering, please contact Rhona.Liley@caytonparishcouncil.gov.uk. Remember to sign your volunteer form at the Green Belt before the race starts.
